Fees & Enrolment

At KidzWay, we offer the Ministry of Education ECE of 20 hours free per week for eligible 3-4 year olds, with a maximum of 6 hours per day. WINZ subsidies are also available.

 

Fees are paid fortnightly and automatic payment is preferred. For our current fee schedule, please see the noticeboard in our foyer and the Parent Information Handbook. Please note, we do not have EFTPOS facilities. There is a minimum of two weeks' notice for cancellation of enrolment. 

 

Children must be dropped off and picked up at the times they are booked. This is a Ministry of Education requirement. 

 

Two-year-olds are entitled to 3 free sick days. Otherwise, if children are sick or on holiday, payment will continue unless 2 weeks' notice is given in order to fill the space.

 

If your child is absent for more than 3 weeks in a row, or if your child's attendance does not match their booked times for half of each calendar month for three months in a row, the Ministry of Education will stop your funding. Your place may be given to another child unless you have been in contact with the Administrator or Head Teacher.

 

Other Charges

There is a one-off enrolment fee of $10 per child for all new enrolments when they begin attending KidzWay.

Sunscreen is applied twice a day during terms 1 and 4. Please see our Sunscreen Procedure for options and the A-Z section for more information. Sunscreen provided by KidzWay is charged twice per year; $2.00 at the start of Term 1 and $2.00 at the start of Term 4.
